Before entering your film into this year's film festival make sure you complete these steps below.

1. Read the Rules Page to make sure your film won't be disqaulified

2. Fill out the Entry Form Online Or (Printable Entry Form)

3. Download and Fill out Talent Release Form for each participent in the film.

4. Mail your DVD, Talent release forms, Printed Entry Form ( If not completed Online allready)  and $50 Entry Fee (or pay Entry Fee online) To:

    Note:  If Entry Form is compeleted Online it does not need to be mailed in.
      Also if you're not ready to mail your Fee's or DVD you can still fill out the Entry-Form
